She worked her way through the ranks to Sales Manager at a local brokerage, overseeing 60 agents. After 20 years of helping agents build their own sustainable careers, Chrissy felt it was time to move to the sales side and take her vast knowledge to the streets! Chrissy hit the ground running, taking top sales posiotion several times during her first year in sales. She is doing what she really loves to do: focusing on helping her customers make smart investments and helping them make their dreams of home ownership a reality. Chrissy spend decades building relationships with only the best lenders and tradesman and prides herself in helping her customers maximize the value of their assets. Chrissy and her husband have bought and sold real estate for the past 15+ years and have built up their rental portfolio. Chrissy also specializes in distressed and non-owner occupied properties including but not limited to foreclosures, short sales, estate properties and second homes.
